He has taught Arabic and Islam at University of California, Berkeley and San diego State University, San Diego, California and the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Currently he is a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Arabic Studies at the American Islamic College, Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Busool, is a prolific writer in English, Arabic and Hebrew.
