The opening has some freshness to it, but that eventually becomes overwhelmed by pure spice. Allspice eventually takes center stage and lends a smoky overtone to the whole thing. A fascinating and interesting scent with many shades that just keep revealing themselves. Voux Spices is all about spices and sandalwood.
