Description
The book's first part delves into Ali's early life. He was a gifted student who quickly understood the teachings of the Quran and Islam. He also honed his fighting skills and actively participated in the early Islamic battles. He eventually became the fourth caliph in 656 CE following the death of Uthman ibn Affan. The caliph was chosen by consensus among the Muslim community. However, conflicts about who the legitimate caliph was emerged, leading to several uprisings against Ali's rule. One day, the Prophet SAW addressed his Companions, saying, "Tomorrow, I shall give the flag to one who will conquer the fort (Khaybar) and who has pleased Allah and his Messenger." The Companions of the Prophet saw that night and wondered who that special person would lead them to victory. The next day, the Prophet SAW asked his Companions, "Where is Ali? Bring him to me." The Prophet saw and then gave Ali the flag.
